I am coming around to feeling better. I have been doing a lot of writing but at this point I need to slow down and do some research for the next installment, and as it happens, the next post will be the end of the first chapter.
As for photography, I haven't had much of a chance to get out and do something fun, but new things are coming. I see that The Photographer's Fan Club is now on it's way to being a group YAY! So excited to be a part of such a big change. It will bring us easier ways to express ourselves. I read that there were not enough critiques when they were put out there.

My thoughts on that are these: Why I myself do not choose to get involved with that is because as an artist with her own mind, and her own set of creative ideas, who am I to say what constitutes creativity and or what is wrong or right in a persons submission? To me, there may very well not be a wrong or right. What one artist sees and feels may not be the same as someone else, and that is the beauty of it. It is what they do bring to our attention, and to the table of so many members. Our differences are what make us unique, in all forte's of art from photography, to literature, poetry, sketches and so on, we are all artists in our own way or we would not be here on such a great site looking to express ourselves and enjoy the same thing together. Creativity, and self expression. Therefore, I will not critique anything unless I am personally asked to do so.

That brings me to my last paragraph. I would like to mention Solinarii. Not only is she a fantastic artist, but I have come to know her as my friend. She is a very kind woman, and although I have never had the pleasure of meeting her, I can tell that she has a wonderful heart. I look forward to hearing from her, and honestly, I do not mind if it has nothing to do with my work. Simply knowing that she cares, is enough for me. I didn't ask for permission to link to her profile, but I am sure if you are interested, you will find her. She is a diamond in the rough, her personality makes her shine even brighter, my friend Solinarii is hard to miss, and impossible not to like. So, my dear, thank you for your words of concern, and encouragement. It is people like you, in world full of darkness, who shine in the direction of the rest of us who forgot our flashlights. I appreciate you very much.

I'm a twenty six year old amateur photo snapping fiend. I fell into it, it was never something I intended on making a hobby, but I realized how much happiness came from expanding beyond writing and delving into that aspect of creativity. It inspired me to look beyond the familiarity of words that I have written, and into the lens of life as I see it. Now I share it both ways that I have come to know and appreciate it.

I take photos by day, and write by night.
